Martin Cuticchio on SoundBetter

Electric guitarist and producer. Funk, Soul, Blues, Classic Rock, R&B, Alternative, Hip Hop, House, Dance. Generally, if I dig something, I can make some things on it. I have a YT channel and an Instagram page where I have posted some performances.

I'm an electric guitarist with 7+ years of experience. My main influences are Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Mayer, and Tom Misch.

My tone is predominantly fender clean-crunch: a Deluxe Reverb + a Stratocaster 60s. I play both fingerstyle and with picks. If the song requires a different tone, I'm open to adapting to the music.

I love to play on funk and soulful vibes. I also dig Hip Hop and Jazz. Because of my playing origins, I can also play Classic Rock, Pop-Rock, Blues, Psychedelic Rock, and Neo-Soul. More generally, I like to play on what I dig as a vibe; even though something may be of a different genre, if I dig the vibe, I can play some things on it.

I am also a producer. My influences are Tom Misch, Kaytranada, J-Dilla, Todd Terje, and others. Regarding genres, I usually go with Jazz Hop, Disco House, Funk, and others, but again, it's all about what vibe I am into currently.

I have a YouTube channel where I have posted some covers and performances. I have an Instagram page as well.

Having just listened to his rendition of The Sultans of Swing, Martin guitar playing is phenomenal - he sounds as good as Mark K - if not better. Would love to hear his rendition of Brothers in Arms.
Beautiful work Martin - keep it going
