Bobby McFerrin called me a "song catcher" because soulful songs and lines come so easily to me. I'm a Pro with over 20 years of experience and a unique voice, specializing in toplines, songwriting, and my signature backing vocals.
My specialty lies in singing and writing GOSPEL, WORLD MUSIC, SOUL, and EDM.

I'm blessed with amazing teachers and collaborators, have studied at the London Songwriting Academy, learned vocal improvisation and musical approach from Bobby McFerrin, and participated in Masterclasses with artists like Alicia Keys, Roger Treece (Bobby McFerrin Co-Producer), Timbaland, Deadmau5 and Andrew Huang.
Besides writing a Broadway musical and over 260 songs for producers, singers, and companies from all over the world, I toured with Grammy-nominee Joel Holmes, recorded an album with former Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, James Brown Drummer Jimmy Madison, arranged and played a show with German Rock Legend Peter Maffay.. and thankfully many more.
The experience of singing in a choir, and a multitude of bands and ensembles taught me a lot, yet the number of national and international collaborations is countless. There's hardly a festival in my country I didn't perform at, and in 2014 I was part of "The Voice" Romania, leading the way to a collaboration with the major studio in Romania and Eastern Europe, "Hahaha Productions". My music got featured in countless radio shows in Romania and Germany and got pitched in movies.

A stunning voice, with great range and versatility. I wasn't able to be particularly prescriptive in my request, and Petra provided options that showed an innate sense of musicality and a full recognition of her voice as a wonderful instrument. Going to work with her again, and soon!
I have commissioned Petra to add melodies to over 20 of the lyrics written. . I gave her full creative authorization to edit the lyrics and create the melodies with references given. Out of the 35 pieces of Broadway musical Forgiven, her arrangements and compositions were the best. She is such a gifted artist without any limitations of what she can do musically. She can write, arrange, compose, and sing like no one I have ever met. She is certainly a superstar.
