Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: That's a difficult one. So many great artists out there. Maybe Purple Disco Machine. Just really dig his unique style.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on House music and a lot of the time as an engineer and co-producer, to help give the song that last spark to sound fully professional.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Before starting the work I typically begin by conversing with the client, about what they expect. Clear communication is key for me, so we make sure that the final product fits whatever needs the artist, producer or record label executive might have. Once that's cleared out, I'm ready to start.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is pretty simple since I do all my work ''in the box''. With that in mind, I have an astonishing plugin collection with the best from UAD, Plugin Alliance, FabFilter, Izotope, etc. My speakers are the well-known and highly renowned Focal Twins. Besides that, I use a powerful stationary Mac and a Universal Audio Apollo rack interface. For recordings, I rely on a range of different microphones, i.a., a Manley Reference, a Neumann 107, and a Shure SM7B.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I often find myself finishing other producers' ideas - Adding additional production and mixing the record.
