There's nothing better than hearing from a really happy client after they check out the final mix of their song.
It really is fun and satisfying to transform a demo into the best mix possible.
I have engineered and produced many projects over the last 15 years. My first love is Funk music (P-Funk), though I am just as happy and capable of working on most genres.
I regularly work with George Clinton and his incredible 'mob' of super talented musicians.
I spent a couple of months writing and recording with them last year in their studio in Florida.
I'm very used to mixing big songs .. with hundreds of stems .
I love to get a great backing vocal mix with lots of voices.... banks of brass or strings are just as fun!
I work closely with my partner Rob Manzoli ( also my husband), writing, engineering and producing songs in our studio in South London.
Rob is an incredible songwriter and musician, formerly the writer and guitarist from 'Right Said Fred'...who had worldwide hits with songs like 'I'm too Sexy' etc,
We have become a good music production team. I am actually really proud of the songs
we have put together, not only for our SoundBetter clients, but for our own album (in partnership with George Clinton), to be released soon.

I can always count on Sue for her outstanding sound engineering skills. I’ve never mentioned this to Sue (or her guitarist partner Rob), but before I initially contacted them, I did a pretty deep dive into their music. Here’s what I found: on everything they do, they give everything they've got. That’s a champion’s mentality, and I like that.
