Sean is a true talent! Perfect rhythm and timing but also has a skilled ear and the ability to capture and record the nuance and desired percussive sound for any song. He will be my first option for live drums and percussion moving forward.

I asked Sean to help create and play a drum part for a groove pop song and he did an incredible job! What I really appreciated, along with his skill and creativity, is that he absolutely understands the song you are creating, and plays in service to the song. Very happy with how it turned out. Hutch truly is one of the best! He is super musical both in how he plays his instrument and how he presents his recordings. Songs I thought were finished might get a dose of Hutch and suddenly start off in a way cooler direction. He's got a great ear for song form, tension and release and will bring a ton of vibe/feel to a track- but always in a way that best suits the music. His ideas are superb. He's inspiring to work with and also just a great human!

Hutch is not only the most brilliant drummer in a live setting, but he’s the absolute best and my go to for remote session work. I love sending him a track a just telling him to do whatever he feels and getting back a few live takes that are better and more interesting than what i could have imagined. There’s tons of great drummers out there, but very few who can make songs from totally different worlds work like he does.

Love working with Sean! He’s the ultimate professional. Have done a bunch of remote recordings with him and he always nails it. His tracking sounds dope, and he has some special sauce on his drum buss that makes his drums just sit perfectly in the mix. I’m always trying to find more projects to work with Sean on because he’s just that good and fun to work with. Highest recommendation.

HUTCH! Sean is a super talented and tasty drummer! Fast and easy to work with. He can do anything but always plays THE SONG. His recording techniques are highly versatile and he provides you w a lot of different mic placement options, so you can blend them as you like, but he also recommends his own blend, which is very helpful.
