Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital can mostly do what analog can. I mostly use digital stuff - that way I can use my laptop as a studio to go.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, speakers, piano, mic and a peace of paper.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started arround 15 years ago, when I first played the drums and piano. About 7 years ago I combined those two instruments with production music. This was when I put everything together. Year after year I made huge steps into the industry working with so much talented people.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I personally love to combine beautiful and inspiring melodies with modern sounds and a really original beats.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Got multiple studios to work in - depending on my current location. All of them with high end equipment including much output gear and analoge racks + synthesizers
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Clearly inspiring is just good music:) At the beginning I was super inspired by the fast rising EDM scene. Nowadays I'm more into deeper EDM/ Dancepop/ Pop productions.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: A perfect suited track, they can identify with.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love to see people happy while listening to my music. This really makes all the effort worth.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What kind of story do you want to tell? What are your emotions - and what kind of impact should the song have on the listener
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Just describe what exactly you want and give some references. Be open for what will be the end product.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Id love to work with Martin Garrix, cause he was my main inspiration in the beginning. Without him I wouldn't make music today.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Just follow your heart and what sounds best in your opinion. In the end you need to love the product.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Most of the time I work on productions for bigger artists. I love to implement my own thoughts and feelings into the music I make - and I love to work with new people all the time - so hit me up.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is to convert the client needs into the perfect sounding product from start to finish
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I just add my personal sparks and make songs stand out more.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Depending on what I need to do. Most of the time im just inspired by my environment and use those expressions and feelings to convert it to great music.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mostly doing high end music productions with great communication between me, my team and my clients to get the best result possible. Also we work on songwriting in sessions.
