A great mix depends on great sources - no EQ can fix a singer's pitch, and no compressor can "glue" a live drummer to an electronic beat. In modern music production, "Track Treatment" - the editing of individual tracks to perfection - has become an essential stage between the recording and the mix.

With over 25 years of experience in music recording, mixing, production and editing - I know how to upgrade your source tracks and get them ready for an easy, great sounding mix. I fix each track manually, with a keen ear and a loving heart - no automatic or batch processes! I use Pro Tools (Beat Detective and Elastic Audio) and Melodyne.

My services include:

* Tuning vocals and instruments
* Timing drums and percussions (to each other or to the grid)
* "Glue" electronic loops and midi parts to live drums
* Create a tempo-change track according to a live performance
* Fine-tune the timing or phrasing of vocals/instruments
* Generate harmony back-vocals from lead vocal

Please Note: sometimes it's better to leave a track un-treated - either because it has some magical unpolished charm, or because it's really terrible and should be re-recorded...
