  1. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  2. A: Demos of all kind. Recently i've done an entire soundtrack for a children's video game, Nutrition company jingle, songs to place for the hottest artists... The list goes on

  3. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  4. A: Freddie Mercury for the ear he had to detail with harmonies and overall genre variety.

  5. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  6. A: I work from an iMac, Mbox pro interface. Record and make beats in logic Pro X then transfer to Pro Tools. Mixing i honestly prefer to use Logic and go between the yamaha HS8's and my yamaha headphones. I work with the the Neumann mic TLM102

  7. Q: What's your typical work process?

  8. A: Let me start by saying there's so many method's to go by depending on what we're planning on achieving. Say the client wants me to write a demo, i'd want to know everything they have in mind for it before i begin, gather up all the details i need.. negotiate the pricing and percentages, have a deadline between the client and i. Half way through i'll send a rough mix of the song to see if they're happy with it or want changes... Then if we're all clear, proceed to mixing.

  9. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  10. A: Vibrance, true emotion, trendiness and a connection to the soul through vibration of my vocals.

  11. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  12. A: Attention to every little detail. Things that you normally would never hear in a song never pass my ears.

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: Literally every kind! Ballads, country, classical, opera, r&b, hip hop, soul, edm.... the list doesn't stop, ever..

  15. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  16. A: Yes.... Be overly organized!! You'll thank me later :D

  17. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  18. A: Sia, because we're both Australians and i want to see that face of hers and tell her she'd beautiful without the wig. Also, Terry Lewis i would love to work with

  19. Q: How would you describe your style?

  20. A: Kind of like a female Justin Timberlake

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: My career path is being a performing/recording artist and writer. I've been singing since 5 and writing since 7

  23. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  24. A: As we speak, i am at the St. Croix Caribbean islands for a performance and brought: my computer, mic, interface and the outfit for the performance.. How realistic can you get?!!

  25. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  26. A: The more detail you can give me for creating the product, the more i can create it to compliment your vision. I plan on building long lasting relationships with all of my clients.

  27. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  28. A: So tell me all the details i need to know to create the product? What will this be used for? What kind of demographic are we going for? What is the deadline? Is there going to be credit after the order is finished?

  29. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  30. A: That bouncing files is a long and painful process. Other than that, most people recognize the hard work for what it is...
