Jerome O. Grey who goes by the moniker "Firerome" is the founder and producer of Greyt Worx Creatives. He was birthed in Kingston by mother Joan M. Williams-Grey and father Eric L. Grey however, grew up in the green hills of Walkerswood, St. Ann, Jamaica.
As a child he is usually an upbeat, positive, respectful and creative lad.
You would most certainly find him drawing imaginative pieces or better yet; beating on a table top or any flat surface for that matter. Of-course he had no boundaries for creating a beat, as he would create grooves from anything that makes a sound. Prior to production and engineering Jerome spent four(4) years as a drummer and percussionist in his father’s band while attending the Ocho Rios High school starting at age thirteen. From there he gained more interest in the quality of sounds, where he started to research audio and sound engineering; which led to him later composing beats.
Greyt Worx offers a wide range of programs and services – from recording and composing, to graphics and mentoring. He specializes in inspiring young and/or potential talents by sharing knowledge from his experiences over time. After a successful journey in live performances, studio sessions Jerome now utilizes his resources(skills, knowledge and equipment) for the benefit of upcoming talents and fostering collaborations.
