I'm a skilled self taught bass player with tons of groove and a great ear. I will help you take your song to the next level with a killer bassline.
I've been playing music since I was a little kid, I used to play the songs I heard on the radio and MTV in my little toy keyboard by ear. I got my first guitar when I was 10 and started writting my own songs at 17.
I picked up bass for the first time when I joined my band "Los Gibs" back in 2016, coming from guitar it was a natrual transition, I felt pretty comfortable on bass and fell in love with the instrument.
I started listening to songs from bands like Jamiroquai, Los Amigos Invisibles, Anderson Paak, Miami Horror, Foals, Roosevelt, Bobby Vega, Marcus Miller and many more for inspiration, and finally discoverd my own sound in 2017 when I recorded my first album "Neo Pop" with my band "Los Gibs".
Funk/Pop and Indie Rock are my speciality, but I like to play other genres as well, from soft R&B to Blues to Punk/Rock and Metal. I can play with a pick, fingerstyle, slap or double thumb if the song calls for it.
