He could come to me with a full album ready for tracking and I'd be tempted to drop everything and do it all within the week. The songs he writes for Gamble Avenue are not only great melodically but also lyrically, which makes it that much more rewarding and enjoyable to track for. Don't pass up an opportunity to work with artists like Ross.

From the very beginning, I could tell that working with Ross was going to be a great experience. He came prepared with all the necessary files and guides in order to learn the song and track on it effectively. He's also a great communicator, and collaborative in allowing musicians take some expressive liberty which made working on this project even more fun.
