Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, not sure how to use analog
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise I will do my best work! I take music very seriously
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love singing and I like showing off, this career lets me do both
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: They're always like "Bryan, how ate you so cool?" And im just like, "I got that arby's ya feel?"
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I don't do audio mixing or mastering. I just sing my part, clean the vocal and send it to the buyer.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Hire me, what have you got to lose. Im confident I wont disappoint.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Swiss army knife. A machete(for the mosquitoes). Microphones wouldn't work so that would be stupid. I would take a saw. A hammer. And water purifier.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Im actually in college for music right now. I've been singing 24/7 for the last 15 years though.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I've had a few people tell me my voice sounds autotuned when singing in person. Other than that its a very relaxed style.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with justin on a few songs. It would be cool to work with somebody who's inspired me
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: I cant stress breath support enough!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop music is my comfort zone. I've done some country and some reggae.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I am a singer, and im competent.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Fast paced and reliable work for a very low budget. Im just starting out so I don't charge much. But the quality is just as good as what you could get otherwise.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I will typically record a few versions of any given requested track and then once one is selected ill clean it up and send it to my clients.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have adobe audition as well as a vast collection of plug-ins. I use a Rode NT1 directional microphone.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Justin bieber is a huge inspiration of mine, I learned a lot just from doing covers of his music
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: People often need male singers not just for background vocals but for main vocals as well. That's my specialty
