Dean McGinnes is a highly skilled Scottish composer and producer with a diverse portfolio spanning films, web series, commercials, and documentaries. He collaborates with award-winning directors and music publishers worldwide. His work on The Last Great Climb and Brit Rock earned critical acclaim, while his second feature, The Gardener, secured a Lionsgate distribution deal and reached No. 2 on Amazon Prime UK.

Dean's composition for Winders won Best Trailer at the Independent Short Film Awards, and in 2024, he collaborated with director Caleb Reese Paul on The Lake in the Sky, which won various awards and is now in development as a feature. His music also features in the Hollywood film Bros and hit TV shows like Love Is Blind, MasterChef, and X Factor. Additionally, he has created music for major brands, including Apple, Nescafé, and Panasonic. Recognized for his contributions, he has been nominated multiple times at The Production Music Awards.
