Abbassi Lassaad and his crew are monsters. Funk is alive and well in his studio. If you ever need a raw and nasty mini moog bass part, you don't need to look any farther. He knows exactly what he wants in the mix, which is something I respect from an artist. Mixing his music is always a treat and full of surprises. I hope we do this again.

Lassaad sent me a cool retro funk track to mix. From the very first listen I knew I was working with the real deal. He and his crew are world-class. From the musicianship to the track arrangement where everything had its own space, this song was a joy to mix. Communication was effortless. Can't say enough good things, check him out.
