I'm a studio engineer and trained musician from Michigan. I have won awards including the Michigan Songwriters Competition, Ann Arbor Writers and the annual SpringFest Music Festival Performance Winner 3 years in a row. I have ranked in the top 1% for 10 consecutive years in MMTA Music Theory. I am now a full-time songwriter and producer in LA.
I will provide studio-recorded, high-quality lead & backing vocals for your track. I can write for the full track or record the pre-written vocals. I specialize in Pop, R&B, and EDM.
I do ask for 50% writer's share in exchange for commercial use on all original melodies. All orders are done on a case-by-case basis.
I will send the files in WAV format unless otherwise specified.

Interview with Miri Elle
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: A bunch of collabs, personal projects, and a music video.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes, plenty! DM me for specifics if you need recommendations, as their talents range from session musicians to producers and engineers.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I usually write melody first, followed by lyrics. Once the top line is set, I'll start recording and add backing, harmonies, stacks, and adlibs.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Authentic songwriting with silky smooth vocals that will make you want to hit replay over and over again.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: My favorite part about my job is seeing the smile it brings to people's faces!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Many clients ask if I can write about specific stories or scenarios. The answer is yes, I am very good at taking someone else's perspective and turning it into a first-person musical narrative.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been writing, singing and producing for over 8 years now. I studied music production and business in college, and went on to work at multiple recording studios until landing in LA full-time for my job as a songwriter and producer.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Infectious, bubbly indie pop with a flare of R&B.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Charlie Puth, because we have similar vocal styles when it comes to our melodies and I absolutely love his production!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Use your width, and EQ absolutely everything! The best mixes have a full, wide, and clear sound.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, indie pop, EDM, and R&B.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My melodic syncopation and unique vocal runs.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Character, honesty, unique harmonies and very full backing.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: WA-47 microphone in a surround iso chamber, into an Apollo Twin X interface recorded into ProTools.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do melody and lyric writing, followed by recording my vocals and sending them to the client. I send the dry stems and a wet mix for reference, and I can also vocal comp, tune, and complete a full mix.
