Former singer in veteran melodic rock act, Norway's TNT, with whom I've released the album "XIII" in 2018!! Recent frontman in German hard rock act, DeVicious, until 2024. At the same time, working on solo project, BULSARA.
Hello, I’m Baol. I am a musician, actor, singer, songwriter and arranger who has been onstage for over 20 years.
I've been performing live for more than 20 years, and recording for over 10. I have performed in musicals, such as We Will Rock You and Forever King Of Pop, and have dubbed songs for Disney productions, videogames, cartoons, commercials, etc, as well.
So many plays, so many bands, so many shows, so many ups and downs. All these years have been a learning trip, preparing me to what I couldn’t ever imagine…Joining one of my teenage idols, norwegian hard rock veteran band, TNT, in 2017. My debut with them was in the Oslo Spektrum, in front of 8.000 people.
Vocalwise, my voice is clear and sharp, and I am speciallised is rock/metal productions. What I am usually required for the most is for my high range and long high pitched "screams" (I am not very fond of that word actually, because if there is one thing singing is not, is screaming!) but I also have a deep low range too! I'm pretty versatile actually. If you google "Legado de una Tragedia - Britannia (demo version)" it's a symphonic song with two characters singing, and both are actually me!
I am also a songwriter, arranger, lyricist and backing vocals designer. I can also adapt your lyrics to spanish/english.

Nice voice,easy to work 👍🏻
It is difficult to find a more versatile voice with such a wide range. Very professional and neat when it comes to understanding what is needed from him. We have worked together on many projects and he always makes the song grow to the top level.
Baol being the lead singer of TNT, one of the most famous European Hard Rock Bands of all times, comes with some special abilities, which was exactly what I needed for my production. The conversation was always very spirited and friendly, the delivery was almost 2 weeks before deadline and the result was simply mind blowing. We will work together a lot in the future.
Baol is a highly talented vocalist who was easy to communicate with, and delivered perfect vocals for my project. I will definitely hire him again for future projects.
Interview with Baol Bardot Bulsara
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I guess I have to say the recording of "XIII", TNT's 2018 album. Although it all was already written by the time I joined the band, I was still able to provide my vibe and vocal arrangements to it. And I am very proud of having recorded that album with one of my teenage heroes!!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A good Stratocaster, my Positive Grid Spark 2, an AKG D7 mike, a good PA system... And a power station... :D
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been performing for over 20 years (club bands, musical theatre, touring, gospel choirs, festivals...), and session recording for more than 15 (song dubbing, backing vocals, lead vocals for all sorts of projects, commercials...).
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Nuno Bettencourt of Extreme because to me he is the most complete artist of the genre, plus a huge talent both composing and playing! Even his stage presence is awesome! Also Brian May...!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: As I said before, work for the song! Try to focus on what the song needs, it may not be a full display of your abilities!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I mainly work on hard rock /metal productions, but his is because I am usually approached for having sung for TNT! I actually have worked for lots of very different styled projects all over the years! For instance, one of the last productions I worked in was Britannia, an orchestral recording, with a whole philarmonic orchestra!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Once I am approached the first thing I do is check my schedule and talk to the client about it. Sometimes I am quite busy, but luckily the usually wait for me! Then I ask for the song to be sent to me and I listen to it several times. Afterwards we talk abut what the client needs and I may suggest things as well. After that I usually do takes on the verses until I think I have enough good material. Then, the same with the rest of the song. After this, I listen to all my takes and select the best ones for the song (they might not be the flawless ones!). Then the backing vocals start, with pretty much the same approach as the previous parts. Then I usually bounce a rough premix and send ot to the client, for her/him to listen to it and to sort of transmit my vision of the specific vocal production for the song. If I'm asked to change something, I do. If not... GREAT! Finally I comp both dry and a produced tracks and send them to the client.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am working on my solo project, called BULSARA; melodic 80s styled Hard Rock!! I am working on José Luis Peraza's new album too, a californian rocker! I'm also recording for Erling Solem, a norwegian musician: I have just finished recording an EP for Spanish band 77 RPM. I have just recorded a song for a gym franchise called Brooklyn Fitboxing...
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly lead sing on my client's projects. My work actually depends on the client. Basically the difference would be if I have or have not to compose a vocal melody for the song.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise you won't be disappointed in any case! I will do my best to beat you highest expectations!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Try to imagine the thing you like the most doing. Now try to imagine you getting paid for it!!!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Q - Can you give me a very long scream in that key...? A - Be careful what you ask for... XDDD
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Do you have a vocal melody and lyrics for your song or do you need me to provide them? Would you like me to arrange and record some nice backing vocals as well (included in the price!)? Is there anything in particular that you need for the song? Deadlines...?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Research the provider and check if he/she is the right person for your needs! And also chek his/her schedule!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style I guess you could call 80s! That's my inspiration and what I listen to the most!!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I guess it would be my versatility and my focus on working for the song, what the song needs.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring more than 20 years of singing professionally. One interesting thing they say about this job is you don't actually get paid for what you do. You get paid for what you know!
