Endorse ARVATIARVATI is an amazing producer! I've had the pleasure of collaborating with him several times on some pop productions and he makes everything sound great! He has an ear for mixing and I definitely recommend working with him!
With solid guitar licks, pristine and clean vocal editing, and a very distinctively unique sound, I believe that Arvati is going to be the pinnacle of modern EDM/Pop. He knows the people's needs, and satisfies them without fail. I believe that he will paint a clear path for your vision, and make it come to life in a way that you wouldn't have imagined. I highly recommend giving him your time, he's worth every penny.
Arvati is one of the best producers in the industry as far as I'm concerned. He could be charging double and it would still be a bargain, HIGHLY recommended.
Interview with ARVATI
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm currently working on my solo project, ARVATI. I mainly put out dark pop/ alt rock/ electronic there.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: 50/50. Analog is much more creative and I enjoy messing with knobs, but digital can help me create what is in my head in a more efficient way.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: 110% satisfaction guarantee.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: "Producers only make songs sound good". Good producers are not just able to make songs sound "technically" good, but they have the ability to know what will sound good where, even if those sounds don't exist yet.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't be afraid to explain your vision. Even sharing images and videos that have a "vibe" you want will help me create it.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Fender Player Strat, any capable laptop, my audio interface, Rokit 8s, and a plant!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started off 10 years ago in an orchestra playing brass instruments. About 2 years later, I wanted to learn how to make music for myself. I started with composition programs like Noteflight. Eventually I moved into browser-based DAWS, leading to me discovering FL Studio. I have been using FL Studio for roughly 6 and a half years. The past 2 years I have worked with singers and songwriters.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would describe my main style as dark. I build my songs around the concept of drive, and I want my songs to give people the feeling of internal drive/ motivation.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Mickey Valen. His productions always have the same vibe, and as a solo artist, it's really important to find your sound. He is a pioneer from everything to unique drums to out of the box synths and melodies.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: One production tip I would share is that sample selection is everything. I see a lot of producers have downfalls purely with what kicks or snares they choose. You have to consciously think about how your drums, atmosphere, etc relate to the song. A song is about crafting a vibe. If you want a big vibe, you use big drums, vice versa.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I typically work on pop, alternative rock, and future pop productions. Some things I have worked on range from future bass like Mickey Valen, all the way to future pop like NOTD.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: In my opinion, my strongest skill would be my experience. I have worked with many different people, in many different styles. I believe I am able to share almost any vision that comes my way.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring 6+ years of experience. I know my workstation, DAW, and library inside out. I am able to transcribe what is in my head into the production. I believe I have a very strong bond with my software.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process starts off with a lengthy discussion with the client about what they want. From there, we take baby steps, starting with the most basic ideas. When they like something, we build it out into a full production.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Right now my studio is based in a college dorm. For audio, I have a pair of Rokit 8s (Gen 3), ATH-M50xs, with a Komplete Audio 4 interface. I like to keep my studio as minimal and space-saving as possible, so the only hardware I have is a Native Instruments Komplete M32 for a keyboard, and an Akai Fire to handle FL Studio. My current list of guitars include Squier 50s & 60s Classic Vibe Stratocaster, a Schecter C-6, and Squier Bullet Strat. I have two basses, an Ibanez GSRM20 and a Yamaha TRBX304. For keyboard, I use the above listed Komplete Kontrol M32, and a Yamaha EW300. My setup features a custom built rig (RTX 2070 Super, R3700x). I also have a vocal booth featuring the AT4040. Last but not least, plenty of plants!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am most inspired by artists like Mickey Valen, Lucian, Louis the Child, etc. Their styles are perfect blend between pushing the boundaries, and also appealing to the masses.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most often, clients come to my looking to take their music in a darker direction. My goal is to help them achieve their vision. We start with a small loop, and eventually build out a full production from there. I offer mixing & mastering included.
