Session Guitarrist / Music Producer / Sound Engineer. I'll give the best of me for your music.
I was born in Barcelona but currently I live in Madrid. On a professional level, I have been in music for more than 10 years, playing, recording and producing music. I love my job, I enjoy and learn something every day.
My specialty is the guitar (electric, acoustic and classical). I also play bass and pretty much anything with strings on it. I have fun programming, arranging and creating soundscapes and textures.
- I can make a complete production from a small idea under development.
- If you are a singer-songwriter and you want a band or a complete production, I am your guy.
- I can create original music for your audiovisual project (films, documentaries, video games, TV, etc.).
- Of course I can record the guitar of your song. The style doesn't matter: jazz, rock, blues, fusion, funk...
- I can mix and master the music we make or the one you bring recorded from your home.
I know a lot of talented musicians ... If you need some extra production (flamenco guitar, horns, strings, etc.) I can record them for a very low fee.
I have worked in genres such as pop, rock, reggae and fusion but I am always open to new challenges, do not hesitate to ask.
Cheap does not mean bad. I will make it easy for you and make sure you are satisfied with the end result regardless of the hours invested.

Interview with Víctor M. Galeote
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I've worked with pop-rock artist and rock and fusion/world-music bands.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Rick Rubin or Steven Wilson can be a modern example for rock music producers.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Synapse by dCoded (go to spotify!) was the detonant of all my music production world. I worked on this album in 2015. From composition to create DDP image for CD edition. I had literally three mics and a cheap focusrite sound interface... It has a lo-fi flavored spirit and a lot of pasion. I'm very proud of the result and how I made it.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm mixing a 11 song album by a rock duo called Bernard Horse. When I finish the mix part, I'll go with the master.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That they will be 100% satisfied with the result.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I like to sculpt the sound little by little. I like to learn new things every day.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: It depends on the work. I like to know about the song and the lyrics, the meaning. I also ask for references in terms of sound.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: An acoustic guitar and a lot of strings =)
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common job so far is to produce a piece of music from some chords and some lyrics. I work a lot with singer-songwriters who have great songs but need a band and arrangements to enhance their songs.
