Professional Session Guitarist, Vocalist and music producer, Mateo´s owns his own recording studio in Bogota, Colombia and has been working with important artists in the local scene, you can expect high grade professional recordings with great feel and pro equipment.

From this service you can expect:

Electric or acoustic guitar tracks or Voice recorded with professional equipment, High-quality audio files in .wav format Professionaly acoustically treated home studio. Basic EQ and compression if needed (best plugins on the market). Availability to work with a reference track. Reamping of guitars and full compromise with each production.

Mateo will request you to send me a reference of the guitars that you want, BPM and sample rate of session and we will start from there, you will receive an advance of my first ideas and impressions, also photographs and a short video of me recording if requested.

  2. A: I am in a project called Color Nativo from Bogota, Colombia, I really love the sound and arrangements I have helped to create.

  34. A: I would say I have a great ear and a solid music theory knowledge and technique on the instrument but my best ability is grooving with the track.

  36. A: I am good understanding what the song needs I always try to get the song to sound better trought my recordings and the reference track that the client sends me.

  38. A: The client contacts me and I send a proposal, I ask for a reference track or sound and I start working on the project as soon as possible.

  42. A: I am inspired by a lot of music producers and musicians like Mark Ronson, Anderson Pakk, Marcus miller, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Santana and others.

  44. A: The work the I most often get ask to do is to record an electric guitar part with a reference track, taking a solo or adding some background guitars or vocals.
