Looking for a brazilian touch to your productions? I'm your guy. I play multiple string instruments such as nylon ac. guitar (my speciality), cavaquinho, electric bass and guitar. I master several brazilian genres (Bossa, Samba, Forró, Ijexá, Axé, etc) and I work a lot with indie vibes as well.
I'm a producer, singer-songwriter and session musician based on São Paulo, Brazil. Here, I'm known by recording and touring with many artists of a singer-songwriters scene from São Paulo.
I'm also a solo artist and I've released the album "Eu sou o tipo de pessoa que pode transformar tudo em sua casa" (2019) and 4 EPs – Desayuno (2014), Kafé com Trem (2015), Danças Afroatlânticas (2021) and Oscuro (2021).
I can offer you a creative vision for your track based on my musical experience and knowledge. We set this up together in a very clear and fast communication. I have a delicated tenor voice (and can sing in Portuguese, Spanish, English) and I'm a multi-instrumentalist, so you can hire me to sing or play the instruments listed above.
And, at last but not least, I love to produce songs from scratch to very fine and fresh sounding phonogram. I understand the role of the producer as tool to ease the songwriter's life, helping to translate her or his desires and needs into great music. Through his beautiful guitar-arrangments he took my demo to a whole new level. He listened and tried out my idéas but all in all I didn ´t have to do much more than sit back and get goosebumps.
It can be tricky working togeher remotely, even more so when more than two parts are involved as in this project, but everything was smooth and creativity was bouncing back and forth at a high level.

Guilherme Kafé is one of the most creative cats I know! Kafé does it all, from composition to production. On top of it all, he plays a mean acoustic and electric guitar, electric bass and sings like he was born to do it.
