Hello, I am Stephen, and I am a mixer, engineer, and producer based out of Los Angeles. With experience of over 10 years, I always have a new and fresh perspective which will help your record stand out in todays competitive market. I am officially credited with Universal Music Group as a mix engineer.
I am a mixing engineer based out of LA. Having worked under/shadowed many great mixing engineers, I have gained a lot of insight into how to convey the listener. I have a lot of experience has a recording engineer, and I can do that as well. I studied music production and engineering at Berklee College of Music, graduating in May 2020. I have experience as a work for hire session drummer and guitarist as well. I brand myself as a mix engineer, but I am also a producer as well. Whether it's helping polish your track, or start from scratch, I am happy to work together and shape the sound as a team.
I have post-produciton qualifications as well. Working with audible as a recording engineer and dialogue editor on a few of their projects recorded at CyberSound Recording Studios in Boston, MA. I have also been on scoring sessions with my mentor John Whynot at Warner Bros mainstage in Burbank, CA.
I have drive and compassion for music, and I am happy to start working with you.
Would love to hear from you. Click the contact button above to get in touch.

Interview with Stephen Trischitta
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Getting the stems and balancing. Asking the client any questions about specific tracks if I have them, and get a QC(quality control) mix back within two days to make sure all of the deliverables came through. From their, mixing is an art. Usually with about 4-5 days I can have a 01 mix back. If any revisions are required, we keep moving up the numbers to the song is finished. I also deliver multiple mixes, for instance. Radio mix, vocal only, instrumental, etc.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio Setup is minimal but powerful. JBL 8inch speakers and a 10inch JBL sub. Mac Pro 16 core, 64 gigs of memory, a whole lot of power, and a multi monitor screen setup.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Tyler J Scott, Tina Morris, Josh Gudwin, Jason Stokes, John Whynot, Ann Mincieli, Leanne Ugnar, Mark Wessel. These are some of the most dedicated people in the music industry I have had a chance to work with. Their drive and passion changed my life.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common work I do is mixing. In my mind, mixing includes vocal tuning, and vocal producing as well. Also time aligning and general cleaning of tracks.
