My complete vocal range is D3 through C7. To ensure your project is produced at the highest quality possible, my best range is E3-G6. This range is not inflexible, but represents my most comfortable placement for the vast majority of styles.

The services I offer include vocal performance, vocal coaching, songwriting, top-lining, vocal tuning, vocal comping, editing, composing, and production. You can trust that the stems I deliver will be clean and time-aligned!

Each complete Vocal Recording includes two (2) revisions, free of charge. After the second revision, funds will need to be released. Additional revisions can be made at a rate of $25/hour. For Topline Writing, I allow up to five (5) lyric revisions. Please be as specific as possible with your notes.

In a world of so much contrived music Delphia is the real deal. An incredibly accomplished musician with an astonishingly beautiful voice that instantly captivates the listener. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Interview with Delphia

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have an 8' x 10' isolation booth built in to my personal studio. Inside the booth, I have a Yamaha upright piano, a wall of guitars, mandolins, violins, violas, and basses hanging from the walls. I record predominately on a Kurzweil keyboard. I have a mobile computer rack with three MOTU 2408mkIII interface units, Focusrite liquid channel preamp, 24 additional MIDAS preamps, and a microphone locker ranging from two tube condensers (2x Avantone BV-1), ribbon (AT4080), three matching Oktava 319s, a drum kit including Rodes, sE Electronics, and standard Shures. In addition with enough lead time, I have full access to a studio environment with a Baldwin Baby Grand piano.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: 'authentic soul revival'
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Mid-Side mic everything in a church. Even if you are close micing a piano in stereo, mid-side mic it at five feet away. That is the simplest and easiest way to have full control of the sound of your recordings, and pick up the beautiful reverb that gorgeous spaces are known for.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Soul, Blues, Adult Contemporary, and in the past I wrote almost exclusively rock, country, and Americana.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I am pitch perfect and produce almost super-human consistent results. If I line up the same song I performed in two different shows, almost without exception I can overlay the vocals and be so close it sounds almost like a duet.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Clients are immediately drawn to my voice, which is ironic, as I am highly critical of my voice, and always thought of my songwriting as being my strong point.
