Eduardo Pereira is a Brazilian musician specializing in mandolin, cavaquinho, and guitar. He graduated from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) with a degree in Popular Music: Guitar, under the guidance of renowned guitarist Ulisses Rocha. He completed his master’s degree at the same institution in 2023, in the field of Instrumental Studies and Musical Performance.
Based in Campinas, São Paulo, Eduardo has been professionally active since 2010, working with ensembles and projects dedicated to Brazilian musical traditions, especially Choro and Samba.
Throughout his career, Eduardo has contributed as a performer, arranger, and composer to numerous recordings, collaborating with a wide range of artists and groups. His discography includes:
