Brandon Scott Coleman on SoundBetter

I'm a creative musician who loves to add unique flavor and production to whatever track I'm playing on. I love collaborating with the composer/songwriter to bring their song to life and give it an edge that sets it apart from other music!

I'm a professional guitarist, keyboardist, composer, arranger, producer, and engineer based out of Cincinnati, OH. I am part-owner of Golden Mean Studios, LLC, a beautiful full-fledged production studio located in downtown Cincy. Over the years I have toured with my own projects (Brandon Coleman Quartet, Fourth Kind, Spherical Agenda), The Dan Pugach Nonet (GRAMMY-nominated), Sam Blakeslee, Leo Sherman's Tonewheel, Nicole Zuraitis, Noah Preminger, as well as being a hired gun for classic acts such as The Drifters! As a session guitarist I have an extensive discography as well as my session work being used on television programming from ABC to Netflix.

I have done many arrangements from pop-session to full string orchestras - I can help you with this side of things, or also taking your song and putting into sheet music form for your next session! Anything is possible.

Part of what makes me unique for your project is that I love ALL styles of music and I have studied extensively the performance practice and production techniques from a diverse set of eras and genres. I genuinely dig taking ideas from the past and making them fresh, or starting from "the now" and looking to the future. All is fair game from me, from a simple beat, all the way to cramming Messiaen ideas into prog-jazz fusion.

I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.
