I'm a guitarist, bassist, and graduated composition student. I currently play in a couple bands in Chicago, but I'm looking to get even more involved in the Chicago scene and else where. I live in Pilsen in Chicago

As a guitar player, I specialize in playing jazz, rock, funk, and music from around the world. I like to focus on improvising and interacting with other musicians in my playing. That being said, I have no problem playing and sticking to written parts as well. I'm comfortable using effects on my guitar or paying clean, whatever the project calls for. I'm capable of recording all my guitar and bass parts from home.

I also have composed for large groups and arranged pieces many different ensembles. I studied at the University of Chicago with Mwata Bowden and Anthony Cheung. There, I wrote scores for a ten piece band. I've also written for strings and piano for film. I'm happy to help you arrange or compose things like horn sectionals, string accompaniments, vocal harmony, and even whole film scores.
