Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been writing music and training in composing and producing for films, competitions, bands and multimedia for over 10 years. BA Honours - University of Southampton - Music - First Class Masters in Music - University of Southampton - Composition - Distinction HKU Summer School, Netherlands - Film Scoring - Certificate of Achievement Currently shadowing and assisting Hollywood film composers.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Progressive, cutting edge electronica, film soundtrack and EDM, sometimes with influences from rock music. Can adapt to appropriately chart-friendly requirements

A: I've worked with (and continue to work with) a number of industry artists listed above... because they're awesome, driven and hard working!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Working closely with what the client hears, sees or imagines in their heads before you start producing is more important than proving you can 'do stuff'. Their vision leads your way.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: - Modern, cutting-edge film scores using orchestras and/or electronics - Electronically influenced popular music, e.g. Hip Hop, Chillout, Future Bass, EDM, Trap, Underground, Garage, Jungle, Tropical House, Dubstep, Ambient Electronica - Any song of yours that you'd want produced to perfection!

A: From-scratch music composition (film score or popular track) and industry-standard song/soundtrack production
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring unique energy, a sense of thoughtfulness and wild originality to a piece of music. It gets your heart pumping. It sets your mind free. Your body wants to move. Your brain is invigorated and inspired. A refreshingly unique all-in-one experience, bringing sonic brains and brawn together into resonant harmony.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: - Project proposal accepted - Research / outside listening / planning - Drafting ideas and structural outline - Check client is fully satisfied with draft - Adapt or continue to work on the product - Finishing touches (discussed with client) - Showcase of three different finished versions - Collect pay, debrief, defer all royalties to client - Sign completed comission contract
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: MacBook Pro, Logic Pro digital audio workstation, Sibelius Ultimate notation software, Scarlett Solo USB interface, Fender Stratocaster 60th Anniversary Deluxe electric guitar, Rode C-6 condenser microphone... and thousands of authentic, hand-crafted digital instrumental and electronic sounds stored on a Spitfire Audio 1TB hard drive!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: The ones who seem to do it all themselves. I've spent time around, worked with and personally learned from artists including Jacob Collier (3-time Grammy award winning artist), Bill Laurance (from Grammy award winning jazz collective Snarky Puppy), Rupert Gregson-Williams (Award-winning film composer, 'Wonder Woman' (2017)) and Steven Price (Award-winning film composer, 'Gravity' (2013)). All the above musicians know how to do it.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Music composition & sound design for film soundtracks / Industry-standard ghostwriting and arranging for pop / chart songs / Club-ready EDM production for purchasing by DJs etc.
