Fation Çumani on SoundBetter

Fation Çumani composes conceptual Music projects usually (but not limited) integrated in Movies and Documentaries. With a conceptual approach, Fation absorbs the tradition of remembrance art into daily practice. This personal follow-up and revival of a past tradition is important as an act of meditation.

His conceptual artworks directly respond to the surrounding environment and uses everyday experiences from the artist as a starting point. Often these are framed instances that would go unnoticed in their original context. By applying a poetic and often metaphorical language, he tries to approach a wide scale of sounds in a multi-layered way, likes to involve the listener in a way that is sometimes physical and believes in the idea of function following form in a work.

In practical manner, he likes to mix symphony/ classical sounds/instruments (like strings, trumpets, clarinets, choirs, flutes etc.) with electronic sounds (mostly Dubstep but also techno and trance) and sometimes heavy Rock guitars. You can notice also Celtic element for double spice and emotion. In this way he brings another approach to New Generation Music.
His works appear as dreamlike sounds in which fiction and reality meet, well-known tropes merge, meanings shift, past and present fuse.

Such an excellent and creative musician!! He truly brought alive the vision of my song and even more then I imagined. Working remotely might be frustrating sometimes, but Fation made it so easy! I am grateful that I met you and we will gladly cooperate again in the future!

“This is a really unique, experimental track - packed with custom stereo effects, modulated bass drifting around somewhere in the background, choir effects, dense and rhythmic percussion and lots of other creative nuances. Keep writing experimental stuff like this - suits the track name and track art a lot.
