Richie is a 3 time Grammy Award Winner and 9 times nominated freelance Mixer and Sound Engineer living in Miami, FL. Richie began his lifelong career in 1992 assisting at South Beach Studios and freelancing all over Miami. In 1995 he went on to becoming the Chief Engineer at Extreme Quality Recording Studios.
Richie’s success includes receiving his first American Grammy award in 2005 for work on Willy Chirino’s: "Son Del Alma” and 2 Latin Grammy's for his work on Olga Taňon: "Una Nueva Mujer" in 2006. Milton Salcedo "Swing 80" 2018 for mixing "Se Le Ve" Best Contemporary Arrangement. He has also been very fortunate to have participated in the following Grammy nominated productions. Skilled at blending instruments and colors Richie has successfully integrates analog equipment and Protools in his studio. He has developed a commanding knowledge of Protools, recording, mixing and editorial techniques.
