Hello friends! My name is Helbe Machado, I'm a Brazilian drummer and percussionist, based in Rio de Janeiro, and I'm ready to record your work with a touch of Brazilian swing! Hope we can work together!

He began his career officially in 1996, but in 1989, he had already participated in the album "Litoral" by his father, the great drummer, César Machado. Son, grandson and nephew of great musicians, from an early age he was influenced by this super musical family.
He has worked with renowned artists such as Antonio Carlos and Jocafi, Ithamara koorax, Fernanda Cunha, Sueli Costa, Eliana Pittman, Oswaldo Montenegro, Maria Creuza, Claudia Telles, Pery Ribeiro, Paulinho Tapajós, Cladia Telles, Àurea Martins, among others.
Currently he plays with Fernanda Cunha, Eliana Pittman, Sueli Costa and performs instrumental works with her trio or quartet, having already performed at Vinícius Bar, Tom's Bar, Sofitel Hotel, Paris Jazz & Blues, Carica Music Center and also at the Festival of Rio de Cinema, also as freelancer, playing, recording and giving workshops through Brazil.
Specialist in samba, samba jazz, bossa nova, and Brazilian music in general, he is also well placed in other styles, such as salsa, funk, instrumental, jazz, soul, hip hop, among others! If you need more information, just call and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
