I studied at Berklee College Of Music in 90´s. I was born in Uruguay where Brazilian and Argentinian Music is also our own roots. I had the oportunity to work with great jazz, pop, funk, folk, tango artists, so I ended up learning a lot of music styles. Plus that I have a 3/4 Japanesse Yamaha concert grand in my studio. I record my piano with a versatil bundle of equipment. Neumann, AKG, Charter OAK, Audix microphones. Neve, Universal Audio, Millenia pre amps. Metric Halo ULN 8 (best audio interface ever!). I do record mostly pop music, jazzy music and music for films.
The piano is amazing, sounds with a perfect blend between Yamaha C7 power and Steinway velvet sound. I can go from a ver very soft and warm sound, to a power rocker punchy sound. The instrument is so versatil.
