My name is Leonel but everyone calls me Hannix. I'm a producer, songwriter, singer and musician based in Buenos Aires, who participated in more than 50 albums and have experience producing various genres such as pop, rock, reggae, hip-hop, R&B, children's music and theater. Write me and let's start this journey together!
I'm a very detailed and music lover, I like to dissect each album and musical trend that I come across to adapt them to my work and find a fresh and distinctive sound in my productions. My specialty is pop hooks and beat and synth programming, but I also really enjoy working on productions with more complex instrumentation and arrangements. I'm a great team worker and I love building music collaboratively.
My song "El Juego" was a finalist with a special mention on the Latin category during the 2019 International Songwriting Competition, alongside more than 30.000 songs from all around the globe. I'm now presenting my new solo project with a tour, you can check my music on your favorite platform here: ffm.to/juego

Interview with Hannix
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Mostly pop, hip-hop and R&B. But I have experience with other genres too, such as reggae, electronica, gospel, alternative rock, singer-songwriter and even stuff for theater and TV.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: On my home studio I have a MOTU 8-Pre, a couple of first class microphones (including a Neumann TLM 103), a pair of Adams and a lot of synthesizers. My favorites are my beautiful Yamaha DX7, my ARP Odyssey and a Moog Minimoog that I use in almost every production I make.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm a music credits freak. Producers and songwriters like Timbaland, Max Martin, Pharrell Williams, Greg Kurstin, Shellback or Kara DioGuardi are my major influences in music and I love following their careers.
