My name is Blessing Chimanga i am a Zimbabwean recording drummer. One of the best young drummers to come out of Zimbabwe. I work well with people, i play all styles and i love to connect to new music. When i play i play with my whole heart so you are guranteed to feel some soul in the recording i will do for you. I am very affordable in my prices.

I am a Zimbabwean born drummer, percussionist, marimba player and singer. I have recorded drums for over 50+ albums in Zimbabwe and internationally. I have toured to countries such as USA, UK, AUSTRIA, ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, EGYPT, REUNION ISLAND and many more. I am a passionate musician who plays with all his heart. I have also launched a drum festival in Zimbabwe and this platform i have drummers to come every year and showcase their skills on stage. The platform is to give a chance to drummers to be seen and appreciated. I also have drum and marimba camp that i host every year to be able to teach and nature the next generation of drummers and marimba players in our country. I love working with different people, different cultures and i love to learn. I celebrated my 10years in music in 2019 and for this i had 3 sold out concerts that i featured many artists that i worked with in my journey in the 10 years.

My services includes session drumming and studio recoding. I charge $50usd per track for all my recordings . I do the recordings in quality time and send to the client quickly.

    Blessing is a very passionate individual who will put his heart and soul into every project. Don't expect detailed outlining of the form/arrangement but instead high-energy, "felt" rather than "thought" drumming. Timing/pocket is beautiful, only to be topped by the big smile of Blessing when he plays!

  2. A: I am working on 2 projects now. 1 a drum tracking and 1 a percussion track.

  4. A: I will put my heart into your project and do the very best I can.

  6. A: I get to work with different kinds of people from all over the world. My music family grows daily.

  8. A: That if you an African drummer you can't play other styles.

  10. A: What exactly they want me to play, what kind of mood or feeling do they have for the song and the time period they need the song back.

  12. A: Once we start working together you now family to me s you are guaranteed the best from me.

  14. A: Bass drum, snare, high hit , ride cymbal and a Jembe drum

  18. A: Disciplined drumming, a groover and full of energy.

  20. A: Kirk Franklin, that would be a dream come true for me I love his music since I was kid unto today.

  22. A: Be dedicated to everything you do. Every production is important treat it with all your heart.

  24. A: African world and pop music.

  26. A: Playing drums and percussion. I also believe my passion and dedication to performing my best in every song is one of my strongest skills.

  28. A: I bring energy to every song I play. I keep my identity and I play the style that the client would have asked me to play. I am supporting element to the song so I a play very disciplined.

Terms Of Service

    I have had the priviledge to be one of the musicians on demand from Zimbabwe to tour the world. I tour about 9months in a year every year the past 5 years. I have been to 20+ countries, played over 500 gigs and recorded over 100 albums both locally and internationally.
