I love mixing and producing, to create sonic worlds and journeys. And I like to fuck things up in a positive way. I'm a composer/songwriting, that also happens to be mixing and producing German indie artists like Sandra Hüller, Kliffs, Vögel die Erde essen, Daniel Freitag and Mascha Juno.
Lots of vintage analog gear (Mics, Effects, Analog Synths, Drum Machines)
Detailed mixes with lots of character and vibe that help to tell the song. I can also provide overdubs with my analog synth collection, guitar, bass, flute and alto-clarinet.

A: Korg MS 20, Roland Juno 60, Fender Deluxe Reverb, Roland cr78, Framus Guitar LP10
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been working as a professional musician/composer for more than 15 years. Before that I was playing in bands and recording records by myself.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Minimalism with maximalist moments.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Get rid of what you don't need.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Indie, Pop and Jazz, recorded Instruments
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Having ideas. And references that could help a song.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Whatever it needs.

A: Portishead, Radiohead, Mac Demarco, UMO, King Gizzard, Fleetwood Mac, Brazilian Pop from the 60s, Morricone, Grizzly Bear, Blake Mills
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I mix mostly in the box with lots of analog effects to add character and depths (like analog/tape delays, spring reverbs, chorus/phasers/flanger, distortion).
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mix and produce, mostly I mix the records that I got asked to produce to have a coherent artistic vision with the artist.
