  1. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  2. A: I'll do my best to make your music shine and make you happy.

  4. A: Both

  5. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  6. A: working on the new album of Yehu Yaron, as well as a few productions by Zach Drori.

  7. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  8. A: working with veraity of people, stay friends with them, learn from them. working on art that comes from people's inside exsiting me.

  9. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  10. A: do you normaly mixing alone or with the client ? it depends whether they want to be there or not. somtimes it helps to get to the final point when they know exactly what they want, and sometimes the just prefer to be surprised by the mix and leting me do it alone.

  11. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  12. A: what do you feel you need to get your project to the ending point? what are your obstacles to get there? what are you expecting to achive?

  13. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  14. A: lets make it together, or let me give my take if you want to be surprised .

  15. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  17. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  18. A: It's 2020 now and I'm doing it for almost 20 years, I states as an assistannt engineer in Kitcha Studios in Tela Aviv, while learning from the best engineers like Uri Barak, then I became an engineer and chief engineer of the studio, now I'm running my own studio -Sonic Yard Recordings in Tel Aviv and giving a full service of music recording mixing and mastering.

  20. A: Creative, new, open minded.

  21. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  22. A: it's a dream for me to work with Daniele Lanoise becuase his creativity,musicality, the endless search for new sound, the great albums he made and the interesting co operation with other artists. after meeting him once I can tell that he is a very kind and lovley person.

  23. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  24. A: with mixing, go with your intuition and let the song guide your way. in a recording session,try to catch the true moments of people interacting and responding to each other while recording, then you'll get the best performance that will lead to the best sound.

  26. A: rock, pop, indie, folk, americana, world, jazz, ambiance, acustix mixed with electronic

  29. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  30. A: I'll figgre out the song needs with intention to inhance and extend it , and my goal is increasing or creatind the connection between the lissener and the song in a musical way. i'll make any move needed to make it happen.

  31. Q: What's your typical work process?

  32. A: Firtst connecting with the artist to know them and to understand the needs and intention and references of the project. When possible i'll prefer a face to face meeting. when mixing then I'll make my take on the song and send it over for the artist and wait for their notes. then i'll continue mastering the song or send it over to another mastering engineer.

  33. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  34. A: My studio Located in Tela Aviv Israel inside Pluto Studios,one of the biggest studios in Israel. Its a very creative and inspiring place with top artists passing by here. When mixing I'm working on a Neve 5060 mixer and Manley VaryMu with ATC 25 Pro Speakers I also have many kinds of the best microphones like DPA , Geffel CMV 563 and AEA Ribbon microphones.
