Owner of Purple Treehouse Recording, Seattle, WA. Professional songwriter, ac and elec guitarist and bassist, audio engineer and producer. I have been doing ALL of these things for 20 years... countless CD and full budget projects. My music has been heard all over the world. Internationally published BMI songwriter.

10 years producing and performing in Hollywood CA, including shows like the LA Street Festival (billed w Guns n Roses) in front of 30,000 people. He performed at legendary clubs like Gazzarris, Country Club, Whisky a Go Go and Troubadour (Cheryl Crow, Depeche Mode, Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bob Dylan, Elton John, Guns n Roses). Worked with producer Toby Wright (Alice In Chains, KISS, Metallica, Heart) and co-produced with producer Kim Fowley (Scorpions, Joane Jett, Alice Cooper, Paul Stanley). Daniel is an internationally published BMI songwriter for hire and former voting member of NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences).

While in Hollywood, Daniel performed, recorded and produced at the acclaimed Can-AM and Ocean way studios where artists like Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, Green Day, Michael Jackson, Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Steely Dan and Aerosmith have created legendary tracks. As the current owner of Purple Tree House Recording, Daniel now produces in Seattle and writes songs for Pacific Northwest singer songwriters.

Daniel's songs have been heard heard all over the world and critics compared Danial Christopherson's own instrumental rock guitar releases ("One Zillion Guitars" and "For the Pleasure Of Watching It Burn") to Eric Johnson, Carlos Santana, Joe Satriani and Jimi Hendrix.
