I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jarvis on many live events and he is always so good at keeping time, feeling the music’s vibes and adding the right amount of fills to a song. Excellent musician and an even more amazing human being to get to work with. Super professional, well prepared and punctual and very kind and fun to work with. Always a pleasure and a privilege to get wo make music with Jarvis!
Fantastic working with Jarvis, I ran a Comedy Show Laughlin’ & Loungin in Ohio for 4 years, he was instrumental in creating a great theme song that set our show apart from the other local open mics. Easy to work with, fast turnaround, song was catchy. Overall, I’d certainly recommend anyone working with Jarvis if quality is something of importance.
Jarvis is hands down one of the most dedicated people I've ever met. If he says he's going to do something, it gets done well and on time. I've worked with him in the studio, rehearsals, and for live shows & he always delivers. Hire him for your next project and you will not be disappointed.
I’ve worked with Jarvis on multiple occasions. Really great guy to work with and be around in general. Very knowledgeable about his craft yet always willing to take in new information. He’d be an asset to your project, regardless of the need. As a drummer AND arranger the most important trait to have is the ability to listen. This guy does just that. So confidently humble. I even reached for him once before! Stop scrolling through trying to find someone to work with. You’ve just found him.
If you’re looking for someone with the “whole package,” look no more - Jarvis is your guy. I’ve known Jarvis for years and have had the pleasure of working with him on numerous occasions. Jarvis is one of the best drummers I’ve ever seen. He knows how to read every musician/conductor he’s playing with, he can move seamlessly from style to style and comes in 100% prepared. If you want a drummer that is hard-working, competent and will add musicality and style to any piece you’re working on, hire Jarvis. You will not be disappointed.
Jarvis is a true professional, hard worker and a pleasure to work with. He adapts quickly and is very thorough. I would highly recommend him for anything you want done right the first time!
As an artist it is so important to me to have a drummer who undderstand the importance of pocket and space. I dont think there is a drummer out there who understands this better than Jarvis! It is always a pleasure to work with him as he is more than a drummer but a true musician who lets the song speak! I would reccomend him for any project 10 times out of 10!
I can’t say enough great things about Jarvis. Not only as a musician but as a human being. He handles every challenge with skill, thoughtfulness and absolute authority. I’ve played in many different musical situations with Jarvis from jazz combos to big band to rock to pit orchestras and every time he amazes me. He can handle any style or setup you give him. He’s a complete musician who always inspires those around him and compliments the music with his creativity and mastery. Anyone that hires him will be confident that they made the right choice. Guaranteed!
Jarvis is an impeccable asset to my team. Hardworking, dedicated & driven. Multi-faceted and diverse musician, arranger and just all around great guy to work with. Looking forward to continuing to work with Jarvis on future projects!
