MIXING & MASTERING
As a Sound Engineer I work with Cakewalk Sonar X2 Producer program for recording, mixing, and mastering. I work mostly with Country, Singer-Songwriter, Spanish, Latin, Rock, and Americana genres. I've had 15+ years of experience in recording and mixing. I can transfer files in .WAV or .mp3, your preference. I work with 32 or 48 bit rate.
I do all my own production and arrangements, including Acoustic and Bass guitar, for my music which can be heard on Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora, ITunes, etc. Just search out "Daniel Solis".

My wife and work as a team for music videos. From directing, producing, arranging, costume, casting, all the way to final editing and release. We work with the client to produce the best story for you song!!

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: My last 2 EPs i released last summer, an original counrty album and a Spanish Album. I am the artist, composer of most, most instrumentation, arranger, and all sound engineering. Both albums have a great sound and mix. I get a lot of compliments on the sound!!

A: Do you provide distribution? Sorry, no.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Two new albums, one original country EP and a New Mexico Music Spanish EP.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Do everything to my ability to make you happy with the final product

A: Love production and mixing of tracks, then hearing them on radio or online platforms.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Just because I don't have a full-blown Studio does not mean I can provide studio-quality work with a laptop.

A: Are you looking for a product that is mainstream Radio-Ready Or a finished product to show the true sound and talent of the artist and musicians?

A: Research the sound you're looking for in you project so I can better understand your wants

A: Acoustic Guitar

A: Started working in studios over 20 years ago, then quickly starting working with Cakewalk Software since 2001. In that time I've helped Singer-Songwriters and I recorded, mixed, and mastered 5 original albums.

A: Give your ears a break often. Listen to your project on multiple devices.

A: Either, both creates a beautiful sound no matter what

A: Knowing what makes a mix, it's not always volume that needs changing when mixing!!!

A: Clean up tracks, apply appropriate effects, mix and master tracks, listen to song on various devices and sources go get the best overall mix.

A: All work done at home on laptop!! Technology allows easy setup these days.

A: Hard to say, don't know of too many engineers
