I'm an instrumentalist and producer specialising in indie, rock and metal music. I'm the bass player and backing vocalist for The Covasettes, also producing all of our material. I've worked closely with metal bands, indie bands and even a rapper and am very passionate about making great-sounding, modern records that still sound authentic and fresh. My approach has always been to nail things at the source and focus on getting the best performances possible while still using modern tools to make things sound massive and tight.
My musical training began during my time at the Magdalen College Choir (2004-2009). I've been performing live with bands from age 13, initially as a guitarist in heavy metal band LestWeForget, joining The Covasettes as the bass player in 2016. Live highlights include the Live and Unsigned Finals (2012) at the O2 Arena, winning "Most Exciting Band" with The Covasettes (2018) and performing live at Leeds Arena for the ARIAs awards.
