For the past 6 years, I've had the privilege of devoting myself full-time to this creative exploration. 7. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  8. A: the process of crafting a song, from inception to completion, is an exhilarating journey filled with endless possibilities and opportunities for artistic exploration. Collaborating with talented artists, songwriters, and musicians is another aspect that brings me immense joy. Being able to connect with like-minded individuals who share a deep love for music and a commitment to artistic expression is incredibly rewarding. Together, we embark on a shared creative journey, pushing boundaries, and pushing each other to reach new heights. Additionally, witnessing the impact that music can have on people's lives is truly gratifying. Knowing that a song I've worked on has the power to evoke emotions, resonate with listeners, and create connections is incredibly humbling. Music has the ability to transcend boundaries, unite people, and provide solace and inspiration, and being a part of that process is something I cherish.

  9. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  10. A: This process goes far beyond selecting and buying beats; it encompasses creative direction, sound design, arrangement, mixing, and often extends to guiding the overall artistic direction of a project. I invest significant time and effort into tailoring each production to suit the artist's unique style and vision. This involves careful consideration of musical elements, such as melodies, harmonies, rhythms, and textures, to create a cohesive and impactful sonic experience. This collaborative process requires strong communication, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the artist's artistic identity and intentions. So, while it may be tempting to oversimplify my work as merely "buying beats," the reality is that music production is a multifaceted and intricate craft that involves artistic vision, technical expertise, and a deep passion for creating music that truly resonates with listeners.

  11. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  12. A: What is the nature and scope of your project? What are your goals and expectations for this project? What is your preferred timeline for completion? Can you provide reference tracks or examples? Are there specific lyrics or themes for the project? Are there any technical specifications or requirements? Have you collaborated with producers or professionals before? What is your budget for the project? Any additional thoughts or ideas you'd like to share?

  13. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  14. A: As a producer and vocalist, I bring a unique blend of emotional electronic beats with rock and hip-hop tendencies to a song. My strength lies in my ability to draw out the authentic voice of the artists I work with, creating music that is not only catchy and high in replayability, but also deeply meaningful and emotionally resonant. I believe in the power of storytelling in music, and I strive to help artists tell their stories in the most impactful way possible. Additionally, my exploration of new technologies like AI, VR, and AR allows me to bring innovative approaches and fresh perspectives to every project.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

  16. A: My typical work process involves close collaboration with the artist from the early stages of melody development. I usually start with a video call where we create some chord progressions together. The aim is to find a progression that emotionally resonates with both the artist and myself, serving as a good indicator that we're on the right track. We'll cycle through a few different sketches quickly to lock in the song's direction from the get-go.

  17. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  18. A: My studio setup is versatile and mobile, allowing me to work from virtually anywhere. I have access to several rented studios and also have a dedicated project studio space at my home where many of my ideas come to life. My setup is centered around a high-performance laptop equipped with a vast array of plugins, enabling me to produce a wide range of sounds and styles. I believe in the power of changing environments to stimulate creativity, so I often switch spaces during the production process to keep the ideas fresh and ensure every possibility is explored.

  19. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  20. A: The most common type of work I do for my clients involves comprehensive music production and song writing with the artist or team of writers. This includes creating a unique instrumental track, arranging the song structure and helping edit vocal ideas down to some of the most potent part. I also provide topline vocal melody work, helping artists craft catchy and emotionally resonant melodies. My goal is always to create music that is authentic, meaningful, and high in replayability.

  21. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  22. A: Resample, Start with an input add a bunch of plugins re-record that into a new audio file and pitch that change the tempo and add new effects. Works everytime. use melodies and bass for best results.

  23. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  24. A: On the songwriting end I bring a modern (forward thinking) perspective to help refine the artists core sound. In the process we create something with a unique and authentic story that is equally uncompromising in its ability to hook listeners and turn them into true fans. On the production drums and bass composition with unique accompaniment custom instruments and emotional musicality.
