Interview with Anthem Music Enterprises

  1. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  2. A: Our career paths vary drastically because our team ranges from ages 19 to 36. Our experiences range from working in the top studios in the world in L.A. and Texas to working solely out of a home studio built from the ground up. Our combined network is vast and diverse, and our combined experiences are incredibly unique.

  3. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  4. A: The best music production tip we can share is learn your software like the back of your hand. When you're creating, the less you have to think about what you're doing technically, the more organic your process will become.

  5. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  6. A: Our best genres are hip hop, pop, and r&b, but we accept projects of any and every genre. We frequently work on alternative rock, acappella, and soul projects.

  7. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  8. A: Our strongest skill is our determination for success. We understand that every client project we put our hands on is a direct reflection of us as a collective, and because of that, we are determined to help our clients navigate the music industry and succeed independently.

  9. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  10. A: We bring a diverse team of people with different life experiences, styles, cultures, and tastes. Shooting ideas around with a team of diverse individuals is far more effective than collaborating with a single person or a group of similar people. Our combined creative intelligence far surpasses that of our peers.

  11. Q: What's your typical work process?

  12. A: We keep our work process as organic as possible, and after working for extended periods of time, our clients gradually become family. The studio is a place to express emotions felt in everyday life, and we put an emphasis on keeping our process as authentic and transparent as possible.

  13. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  14. A: We have three different studio locations currently. Located in Colorado Springs, our main $380,000 studio produces quality rivaling the best in the country. We surveyed the top 100 studios in the world for equipment recommendations and made our purchases accordingly. We have another location in Colorado Springs and a location in Boulder, and while these locations weren't built with the same budget as our main location, the products coming from these locations are still industry standard.

  15. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  16. A: We draw inspiration from a huge variety of individuals, but the musicians that draw our attention the most are those that are heavily involved in the production process. Pharrell, Jon Bellion, Post Malone, Anderson Paak, J. Cole, and Travis Scott come to mind as people who have distinguished themselves in the industry as both incredible musicians and master marketers.

  17. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  18. A: A lot of the work we do for clients centers around individual project releases. From start to finish, we offer songwriting services, reserve studio time, source work to musicians if necessary, record the project, mix and master the project, and publish the project. When it comes time to release a project, we utilize our network to put together full marketing campaigns for our clients to achieve maximum exposure for every release.
