I've worked with artists such as LEXIM and Sad Puppy, landed on multiple Spotify editorial playlists, was added to one of 'The Chainsmokers" artist playlists, and accumulated over 1 million streams on Spotify alone all in my first year of releasing! Whether you have an idea to work off or not I can guarantee you'll be left with a hit song!
I've been writing songs and singing from a very young age. Over the years I've only gotten better, and now at the age of nineteen I'm more than ready to share my talents. My voice is soft and airy with a unique tone. I've been compared to artists such as Billie Eilish, Melanie Martinez, and Clairo. Lyrically I specialize in the following genres: Indie, Indie pop, Indie rock, Alternative, Alternative rock. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Izabel has so much natural talent...its insane! Her songwriting is always so artistic and relatable and her voice was unique, but she adapted to the many different genres that I brought to her. I HIGHLY recommend her for the next time you need a female vocalist for your next project.
Interview with Izabel
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use the SM7B, a pop filter and my DAW is Logic Pro X.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Definitely Lucas Sim here on SoundBetter. He hired me to work on "Take It Back" and we've been working together as friends ever since. He's incredible at producing and blows my mind every time!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to give nothing less than 100%! I never take on new projects if I don't think I'm capable of doing so. I can guarantee I will have you more than thrilled with the end result.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: When it comes to writing a song, you need clarify what you want if you have a vision in mind. As much as we'd love to we aren't mind readers. Unless you tell us, we can't know exactly what you want. Personally I'm more than happy to read a long explanations. In the end it's a lot better than pitching a song that the client isn't satisfied with and having waisted that time. The end goal is to make you happy so try and be patient with us.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Before taking on a project I'd like to know - Will you be using my name for the release - 3 songs you'd like your song to be similar to and what specifically about it - Lastly of course anything specific I should know about the song/release
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: All I really need is my microphone, laptop and a guitar.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Lennon Stella for sure! I'm obsessed with her music, and feel like our voices would compliment each other very well.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Keep going! When it comes to writing lyrics, its rare that your first draft is going to be your final. Unless you want to take forever perfecting one line at a time, the best way to dodge the writers block is to keep going. Even if what you come up with is dreadful! You'd be surprised how easy it is to change those couple of lines once the rest of the song is complete.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Im all over the place when it comes to genres because I love music as a whole so much. If I had to narrow it down to one I'd say indie pop.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I'd like to say when it comes to making songs I'm great at every aspect. If I had to point out the thing I excel at the most, it would probably be coming up with melodies that will get stuck in your head.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I am very passionate when it comes to lyrics. I usually write from personal experience, a situation I've witnessed (in a different persons perspectives), etc. Sometimes it's even as simple as a movie and writing from one of the characters perspectives.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My favourite artist is without a doubt Halsey. She's paints a picture with her words in such a poetic and unique way. A few others I would say are Lennon Stella, Clairo, and King Princess.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I collaborated with a producer named Sad Puppy on a song titled So sick of love. He sent the beat and I wrote to it and sang. The song was a great success and is currently close to half a million streams on Spotify.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Creating a song/ helping bring one to life is such an incredible process. Being able to hear the end result and thinking "wow we did that" is indescribable!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: It's always been music! It's what I do best, no question about it
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Soft with an edge
