Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum recording engineer, mixer, writer and producer. Nashville based but I make records all over the world, both in-person & via remote collaboration with track-building, production and mixing. Great songs matter most. I specialize in combining the organic/acoustic with the synthetic to elevate the impact of the song.

A veteran of the legendary Hit Factory Recording Studios in New York City, I have had the opportunity to work with artists ranging from Coldplay to Kanye West and the good fortune to work alongside producers, engineer and mixers like Kevin Shirley, Tony Maserati, Ray Bardani, Mike Plotnikoff, and Ken Nelson. Freelance since 2005 and East Nashville-based since 2015, I am a multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, and mixer; with a wide-ranging discography spanning indie, alternative, folk, pop, singer-songwriter, rock, and metal. I have a long history of collaborative work with bands and have built pop up studios in converted barns and garages across the country. I can work one-on-one with songwriters on everything from top-line vocals to fully produced tracks in every genre. I am interested in taking a limited number of projects at a time, and excited to work in-person or remotely.

I offer everything from top-to-bottom record production, engineering and mixing as well as collaborative services in co-writing and track building. I am also happy to undertake individual elements of a project, such as drum or instrumental editing, vocal production, vocal or instrumental comping, vocal tuning as well as bigger scope services like tracking and mixing.
