Tilman Köhler on SoundBetter

I’m all about creating sound — from Foley and sound design to mixing in formats up to 7.1.4. Based in Central Germany (Halle/Leipzig), I got into Foley the classic way, learning it from the ground up, and that hands-on mindset still shapes how I work today. From commercials and image films to feature projects, I enjoy building sound worlds that fee

My work focuses on film sound in all its facets — as a Foley artist, sound designer, mixer and music composer, I shape the sonic identity of visual storytelling. From creating detailed, expressive Foley performances to designing immersive soundscapes, composing original scores and balancing complex mixes, I aim to bring depth, clarity, and emotional impact to every project.
