Based in Amsterdam, Richard Burki is a Grammy Certified Composer, Producer, Engineer and founder of Future Phonic Studios: the Netherlands first Dolby Atmos Music Studio. Almost exclusively focused on 3D sound, Future Phonic Studios specializes in bringing innovative immersive auditory experiences to the world that are crafted without compromise.

Richard Burki's distinctive approach to mixing in 3D formats such as Auro 3D, Dolby Atmos and Sony 360 RA has become widely recognized, with Future Phonic Studios becoming a verified and recommended service partner for the likes of UMG, WMG, Deutsche Grammophon and Spinnin Records, garnering cumulative streams in excess of 2.5 billion plays.

The studio's versatility encompasses recording, mixing and music production for a variety of clients in genres ranging from Neoclassical to EDM and for artists as diverse as David Guetta, Tiesto, Afrojack, Sam Feldt, Max Cooper, Joep Beving, Mason, Bakermat, The Echo Collective, Ben Lukas Boysen, OwnBoss, Sevek, Lucas & Steve, Ty, Michael Stearns, Oceanic and the Metropol Orchestra.

Richard recorded and co-produced The “Taste” album (2021), amongst the first to be conceived, recorded and produced in 3D for formats such as Dolby Atmos, with music composed by Joep Beving and the Echo Collective. Richard Burki also produced the Atmos mixes for "Hero" by David Guetta and Afrojack, a song that leapt to the top of international charts and became nominated for a Grammy in the category of "Best Dance/Electronic Recording" during the 63rd annual Grammy Awards in 2021.
