Ezra is a freelance audio engineer, musician and sound artist who specialises in studio & field recording, mixing and sound design. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in music production & sound engineering with First Class Honours in 2019.
He has worked alongside accomplished artists including Bad Manners, Avon Desert Rock (ex-Queens Of The Stone Age & Kyuss drummer - Alfredo Hernandez), The Skimmity Hitchers and various up and coming artists including The Co-operators, Adam Hender and Lazy Eyez.
As well as his musical endeavours, Ezra also works as a sound designer and has undertaken various commissions for short films and media.
As a keen sound artist, with a passion for field recording and experimental music, Ezra has worked with methods which include sculpture, interactivity, field recording, MAXMSP software and electronics including using analog electronics & Ardiuno based systems.
Born in the South West of England in the rural town of Dorchester, Ezra took a love to nature and organic material which is reflected in his work. High quality results, and experimentation to provide new and fresh ideas, are key motivations for his commissions.
