Jesse Barrera is a producer / songwriter from San Diego, CA. Currently living in Los Angeles, Barrera is known for his years of work playing with My American Heart and more recently his production work with various acts such as Tim Atlas, Tori Kelly, AJ Rafael, Us The Duo, Jeff Bernat, Gabe Bondoc, Jeremy Passion and many more.

As a producer I specialize in a variety of styles. Specializing in Indie / R&B / Alternative. I always want to make sure it's first and foremost about the songwriting and sonic quality. Building the world around what it means and finding who the artist wants to be is the most important task for me.

As a mixer I do pretty much every style. R&B / Indie / Rock / Hip Hop. I like to take every sound and paint the world to accentuate the lyric and idea.

I'm also available for songwriting / editing / and coaching through takes. My calling is to help you achieve the crazy idea that's in your head in the most fluid and seamless way possible.
