Endorse Ian HenryI’ve worked with Ian across two releases at the Hallowed Halls and their home studio. They were professional and were able to work with my requests as much as possible. Their experienced ears and familiarity with metal helped me realize the sound I had in my head instead of producing a "cookie-cutter" heavy mix. I greatly appreciate Ian’s dedication to the detail of mixing and editing. There were certain things they just inherently understood, while being very receptive to my feedback. Collectively it was all a smooth and positive experience.
Ian worked with me on a compilation tape I released with my label, Realm & Ritual. They mastered the tracks for cassette and helped me to achieve consistent volume and a smooth listening experience across nearly 30 tracks from various artists. They were timely and professional and took care to keep the sound of the tracks from changing too much. I recommend working with Ian for mastering and cassette projects.
Ian took my very raw black metal song and made it sound like I know what I’m doing. It turned out great and was well-received by fans. If you want your project to sound legit, hit up Ian. A pleasure to work with.
