Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: When you are going to war, it's better to bring all your guns. Therefore, whatever works better. Actually, for me, it's not matter of Analogue or Digital at all.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually ask them to send me reference tracks. It helps me to understand their musical taste better.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: a Macbook, an Apogee soundcard, Yamaha HS5 speakers (it is not easy to move giant speakers in desert!), a simple Midi Controller having 2 octaves, a Refrigerator full of pizza (obviously you can not find pizza in the desert)!
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Bruno Mars is my favorite artist to work with. Since, he always shows a huge amount of creativity in his tracks.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: The most valuable gear of every studio is the ears of person working there.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I can tell exactly what type of music is needed for every type of voice/vocal.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I listen the lyrics, vocal melody and singers voice. After that, I perform my feelings taken from the song via various instruments. Then, I do sound design for my instruments to sound pro. Finally, I mix and master the final rack to sound radio ready.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I mainly work with Imac, Apogee sound card, two different sets of speakers (Genelec 8040b and Yamaha HS80), Universal Audio UAD2 Satellite, Rode K2 mic, Avid Artist Mix mixer and software controller, Yamaha Tyrus 3 synthesizer.
