Recording Mixing & Mastering

Hi I am Carl B, Producer, Engineer and owner of Pointy Halo Productions. I specialise in Rock and Metal music. Having the experience, expertise, passion, knowledge and equipment for it. I believe in making your experience and working with you as relaxed and informal as possible, but, as creative and as productive to make awesome records.

From basic recording to the full production works. Pointy Halo provides a plethora of audio services for you choose from.
RECORDING
From slamming drums, pounding bass, killer guitars too searing vocals. I believe in making the recording process as stress free. I can record (or track) your music to a high quality, professional standard getting the best possible results from your instruments or sources.

EDITING
No one is perfect and we all can feel the pressure of the studio or recording sometimes. I offer full editing services that can transform those slightly 'out of time' and/or 'out of tune' recorded takes into tight and more consistent performances. A fully edited song often means the difference between a good song and a great song!

MIXING
I can take raw tracked instruments or audio stems recorded from ANY studio (Home, Project or Commercial) and mix them into professionally polished recordings.

MASTERING
Mastering is debatably one of the most important processes to a record. From either a single stereo file or multiple stems. I can create a powerful coherent final master that translates well onto all types of listening systems and environments.

TUITION
Want to learn how to do it yourself? being formally 1st class honours qualified in Studio Production and having Pro Tools, I offer one on one tuition at my premises, your home or any given studio.
