Interview with Esan Myers
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog is always a good idea because you don't have to do as much to achieve an amazing sound. Unfortunately, it can get very expensive fast. If you go digital, the plugins are much cheaper compared to analog equipment, BUT you need to have a computer that can handle a good amount of power.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: EQ and compression play a huge part is keeping energy in a song while mixing. (You never want to over compress!) If you keep this in mind while producing, you will not stack too many sounds together and pan similar sounds to avoid frequency build up.
